Finance Administrator

Maternity Contract

Salary - £18,000

Monday to Friday – 35 hour week – 9am-5pm

32 days annual leave (plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year)

This Finance Administrator role would suit someone who has previous administration experience within a very data heavy, process-orientated environment. You will be highly numerate and happy to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines.

The duties for this Finance Administrator role will include but not be limited to:

* Reviewing daily bank transactions and ensuring all receipts are allocated to customer accounts correctly

* Liaising with internal departments to promptly resolve queries

* Checking payment transaction reports and carrying out investigations

* Posting reconciling transactions as directed

* Submitting Gift Aid claims to HMRC

* Ensuring all paperwork is scanned/filed correctly

The successful Finance Administrator will have:

* Previous administration / data entry / processing experience

* Excellent attention to detail and be highly numerate

* Good IT skills including intermediate Excel and be happy to manipulate data
