Job Title: Assessor – Management (Level 5), Business Admin & Team Leading

Location: Candidates must be flexible with travel throughout the Midlands (East & West), Yorkshire (parts of West & South) & North Lincolnshire

*Travel to Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire will be less frequent to the Midlands (East & West) travel*.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Dependent on qualifications & experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Management at level 5, as well as Team Leading and Business Admin at level 3.
- Deliver full training and support learners through Functional Skills – Maths, English & IT up to level 2.
- As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery you will conduct study group and 1-1 sessions with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.
- Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

- Recognised Assessor Award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
- Must hold 3 years recent, solid occupational competency within a managerial position.
- Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in the above vocational areas, including Functional Skills (Maths, English and IT).
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.

Personal Skills:

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
