We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Retail Manager based in St Andrews. This is a permanent position for a prestigious client. This is a very hands on position and you must have experience working within clothing and fashion.

You must have a high standard of customer service and have a full understanding of company policies, figures and performance.

Key Tasks:

* Product knowledge

* Merchandising

* Health and Safety for staff and customers

* Building relationships and motivating your team

* Fantastic communication skills

* Rotas for staff

* Dealing with overheads and on going costs

* Promoting the store and all administration

* Recruitment process

* Daily, weekly, monthly and annual figures

Other duties may be required on top of this and this list is not exhaustive. To succeed in this role you must have, leadership skills, be trustworthy with the ability to maximise sales, work as part of a team and have a genuine interested in the training and development of your staff.
