Learning and Development Manager
My client is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager to join their ever growing business due to expansion.

Reporting directly to the Chief People and Talent Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the global agenda and areas of focus. It will also be extremely important to work with the Regional Heads of Talent to determine local priorities and initiatives, which will drive a culture of self-learning, accountability and individual drive for progression.
The framework will use a balanced approach to learning and 70/20/10 principles, which will support them in managing the talent globally.
The Learning & Development Manager will have experience within a Learning and Development role, with a passion for the design and delivery of a range of learning and development programmes.
