Accounts Payable Team Leader required to join a technology business based off the A10 in Cambridge.

The role will be managing a few Accounts Payable Clerks and be responsible for the following duties;

-Process and maintain the Purchase ledger
-Responsible for accuracy and integrity of purchase ledger
-Payment runs
-Reconcile all the bank accounts and ensure that payments are made
-Liaise with authorising signatories to ensure all invoices received
-Prepare Intrastat returns and ensure compliance to current legislation
-Prepare reports are required on Purchase Ledger
-Provide a payment cash flow forecast
-Manage Payables team ensure day to day and monthly responsibilities and tasks are up to date
-Maintain supplier statement reconciliations
-VAT returns
-Prepare and report upon monthly KPIs, such as DPOs and debit balance reports

It is essential to have previous Accounts Payable and management experience. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail and excellent communication skills! Previous experience of working for a Global business would be an advantage along with experience of Microsoft Dynamics
