A fast growing sports supplement company are looking for a hardworking ambitious senior warehouse operative to join their successful e-commerce business.

Our client specialise in the manufacture & supply of sports nutritional & supplements, pharmaceutical excipients, consumables and equipment around the world.

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and professional person to become an integral part of the business with the opportunity of career progression. You will be working in a fast moving warehouse with job variety and a close knit team.

Requirements of Candidate:

·At least 1 years warehouse management experience

·GCSE’s of C or above in Maths, English & Science

·Relevant vocational qualifications such as btech, City & Guilds or NVQ.

·Must be highly IT literate; with ability to input, retrieve and analyse data from excel

Main Duties:

·Operation of sage 50 software – specifically the sales order and stock modules

·Motivating the team of 3 people to meet KPI’s

·Booking in and dispatching of shipments

·Receiving goods in

·Ensuring stock is in the correct locations, that it is updated on sage and stored correctly

·Working towards quality standards such as GMP and food safety

·Ensuring the warehouse works to the 5’s system on daily basis & PPE is correctly worn

·Introduction of efficiencies to the operation through continuous development

·Proactively being aware of things that will cause the system to be inaccurate and suggesting ways to prevent these for the future.

·Operating and Maintaining the forklift truck according to best practices

·Working with the purchasing team to ensure inventory is stocked correctly

·Providing products to the weighing team for manufacture

·Assistance in the manufacturing of products when required

·Assisting with stock management, rotation and stock taking

·Identification of problems and the proposal of solutions

Essential Experience

·Working in a warehouse environment with at least one year in a senior position

·Proven track record within the warehouse

·Producing reports & achieving KPI’s

·Stock control & forecasting

·Creating Manufacturing flows & SOP’s

·Using warehouse management software in a workplace environment

·Project management

·Enforcing company policy
