Do you have the ability to Coach, Mentor and Develop a team?

Do you have a strong background in Card Payment Services or Retail Banking?

Do you have experience of transactional fraud investigation?

If you can answer yes to all of the above then we are currently recruiting for an industry leading business that would like to hear from you.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the delivery of an effective service to all customers, ensuring that all areas of fraud management, monitoring, and prevention are completed. Working with the Card Product Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operational relationship with the card scheme and card processors. Responsibilities will include

* Managing the distribution and monitoring of work loads to team members.

* Building effective working partnerships with suppliers and monitor performance against SLA’s

* Escalating problem areas with suppliers to ensure a swift and appropriate response

* Daily reconciliation and monitoring of internal and external accounts

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills within a Customer Service environment. The ability to motivate a team to deliver an exceptional service is a must.

Personally you will possess good analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, be highly organised and have a flexible approach to your work.
