The Role

* Work towards achieving new business targets in revenue, leads and conversions.

* Constantly look to develop and strengthen the product offering looking to incorporate the latest hot topics and trends into how CPL Online can best promote products/solutions and achieve greatest conversion results.

* Think of new ways to generate further revenue and play to the Companies strengths.

* Monitor and work with sales manager on KPI’s e.g. Leads>Pipeline>Opportunities>Secured Revenue targets and conversion rates.

* Ensure all client correspondence for email and telephone calls (in and out bound) are handled in a timely and professional manner.

* Ensure all leads and sales pipeline are updated in CRM to show a true reflection of the sales stage and best estimate on length of time to conversion.

* During downtime, undertake research to generate and establish new business leads and offering to further generate revenue.

* Work closely with client management teams where applicable to ensure all client details and requirements are understood and managed.

* Advise Client Management team at renewals stage on upsell opportunities attending Client renewal presentations when required.

* Suggest ideas for new marketing campaigns to drive further new business.

* Work closely with the rest of the sales team to identify lead generation for new business opportunities.

* Attend a weekly sales meeting to review the company sales target and actual performance while providing an update on your own leads, pipeline and sales activity for the week.

* Provide accurate pipeline information using CRM and work with management to improve future revenue opportunities and growth of the business.

* Using CRM, keep accurate and up to date records of achieved sales and submit a monthly commission form.

* Work to weekly appointments target delivering first class presentations to prospective Clients.

* Attend industry led events to network and generate leads as and when required.

* Self-manage your day to day admin and management tasks.

The Person

* Passionate about the Hospitality industry

* Strong negotiation skills and able to influence

* Confident and skilled in business presentations

* Proficient in technology, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics advantageous

* A desire to further their career within the Commercial area of the business

* Excellent phone manners, impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

* Pro-active, business-oriented and a positive can-do attitude
