Due to continued success and expansion, our client, a fast growing innovator in a niche technology sector, is looking for a part-time Marketing Executive to work 16-24 hours per week. You will be working in small team with a graphic designer, e-commerce developer and other supporting specialists as required. Duties will involve managing the main marketing functions in the business, including email marketing campaigns, website design (including landing pages), sales collateral creation (datasheets, brochures, presentations) and social media, especially LinkedIn and Twitter.

Responsibilities to include :-

* Weekly email campaign planning and delivery

* Weekly reports to telemarketing executive for lead generation follow-up

* Weekly management reporting of campaign KPIs – open rates, click through

* Weekly social media content creation and posting (Twitter, LinkedIn)

* Monthly outbound mailshot campaigns

* Quarterly case study preparation and video production

* Quarterly campaign planning across all media

* Quarterly website review and landing pages, working with e-commerce developer

* Ad-hoc collateral design, working closely with graphic designer

* Ad-hoc preparation of PowerPoint slide decks

* Ongoing management of mailing lists, including GDPR compliance

Special Requirements:

* 2+ Years relevant SME marketing experience, ideally in the technology sector

* Marketing or degree qualification, or relevant experience (e.g. CIM)

* Knowledge of CRM (preferably Exact Online)

* Knowledge of email marketing suite (preferably SendGrid)

* Knowledge of e-commerce (preferably BigCommerce)

* Experience of social media management (LinkedIn and Twitter)

* Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills

* Excellent telephone manner, articulate, with strong verbal and written communications skills

* Outstanding organisational skills, self-motivated, pro-active, efficient and accurate

* Ability to work independently with minimal time management

* Ability to gather information and summarise to present to varying audiences

* Dependable and reliable with the ability to keep calm and productive under pressure

* Ability to manage a varied workload against deadlines and agreed timetables
