Becoming a Conference Consultant with Travel & Events:

As a Conference Consultant you will work within a team servicing one or multiple customers, to ensure that we meet or exceed customer service level agreements

What you will do:

* To process bookings, amendments and cancellations via multiple contact channels
* To deliver customer service excellence through accuracy and quality
* Ensure best value fares / rates are offered in line with customer requirements
* To effectively resolve customer and supplier queries, escalating where appropriate
* To communicate in a professional manner at all times both internally and externally
* Attend recommended training sessions, courses and educational familiarisation trips

Your experience will include:

* Minimum of two GCSEs grade A - C in English and Math’s – or equivalent qualification
* Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
* Computer literacy required, preferably with Microsoft Office experience
* Good data inputting skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A sound geographical knowledge
* Experience of working to agreed targets
