Job Title - Administrator and Accounts Assistant

Location - Borehamwood

Salary - £21,000 + free car parking onsite

Hours: Monday to Friday-9am to 5.00pm

We have an amazing opportunity to join a busy and vibrant business as an account’s administrator. This is a permanent, full time position within a company that can longevity, security and a lovely environment to work in.

Must haves; A minimum of 1 year’s office-based administration experience, strong attention to detail, Sage experience would be highly beneficial, excellent communication skills, organised and highly pro active


  • Raising sales invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries effectively
  • Data entry
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Assisting the Operations Supervisor and Financial Controller when required

To be considered for this role you must have/be:

  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Previous office-based administration experience -You must have a minimum of 1 year
  • Accurate and thorough
  • Well organised, with an ability to remain calm under pressure
