Your New Company

  • Due to growth this established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join a busy office.

Your New Role

  • Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices.
  • Raising internal queries from purchase orders to deliveries.
  • Coding and posting invoices on internal software system and Sage 50
  • Dealing with purchase enquiries with suppliers.
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • General administration and switchboard as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Bookkeeping experience
  • Competent in Sage 50 with IT skills
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-discipline
  • Good team working skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities within administration and support the office team.
