First Line Support/ Service Desk Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a First line support/ Service Desk Support Analyst to join dynamic, blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in London.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the face of IT and be responsible for onboarding new users, setting up their profiles making sure everything is setup correctly.
Provide support to the desktop environment, proactively resolving issues through available tools and resources
Work closely with the Service Support Lead and the Service Support Manager to ensure end users enjoy a seamless experience when engaging with IT
Own and progress call queues and support tasks, ensuring timely resolution within SLA
As a Junior Service Desk Analyst you will have -

- Minimum of One years service desk experience
-Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise
Microsoft Windows 10 exposure desirable
-Active Directory
-Microsoft Office 2010/13 Professional
-Microsoft Outlook & Exchange
-LANDesk V9.6 desirable

As a Service Desk Analyst you will have an Outstanding level of customer service and support

-Sound understanding of and appreciation for the needs of the business user
-Proven commitment to troubleshooting, diagnostics and root cause analysis
-Technical awareness over a wide range of hardware and software related
-Commitment to the promotion of cooperation and communication within support
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Good negotiating, interpersonal skills
-Ideally ITIL qualified with the ability to demonstrate sound understanding
of service management principles
Any experience of MS Exchange/Xperia phones/Airwatch would be advantageous but not essential.
