As a Financial Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with duties relating to the companies pension products, you will be able to deliver excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how to treat customers fairly.
- Managing transfer-out payments
- Responding to customer queries
- Process client detail changes and new direct debits
- Handle requests for policy information
- Deal with a range of pension benefit and transfer enquiries
- Estimate values and figures.
We are seeking for someone who has experience within an Office Administration function, able to deliver a professional and focused attitude, can communicate efficiently and provide good attention to details skills.
