We are looking for:

Business Development Advisor (Salary: £23,402 - £25,500)

Oldham College are expanding the Apprenticeship Business Development Team. We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join us. Responsible for generating long lasting relationships with employers and the generation of apprenticeship starts whilst providing an excellent level of customer service and high customer satisfaction which leads to repeat business. Working in a commercial fast paced environment, which includes working to achieve targets.

If you are a confident communicator, have experience of business development within a target driven setting in a training or educational organisation and have a strong track record for meeting deadlines and targets, then we'd like to talk to you.

Essential -

  • Strong track record of business development and sales, including delivery targets.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and work based learning
  • Clear understanding of Apprenticeships

Desirable -

  • Sector specialism
  • Awareness of apprenticeship reforms and T Levels
  • Account management experience
  • Understanding of CRM

The role will require you to embed and work to the college’s values; working with Integrity, having Ambition to help our learners succeed and being Inclusive to learners and colleagues alike.
