Leading Accountancy firm based in Swindon seek a Part time marketing coordinator to join their marketing and BD team. Core duties will include:

• Support the delivery of approved business development plans, regularly checking progress and ensuring activities are delivered within budget

• Coordinate and deliver an effective events programme, taking responsibility for the management, invitations, administration and attendance
• Support and deliver sponsorships and joint initiatives with intermediaries and other third parties, liaising with them as appropriate
• Support BDM and partners in Swindon by delivering external and internal communications material and collateral, ensuring brand compliance
• Ensure national/sector campaigns are communicated and used effectively by Swindon BD team and wider staff
• Become a Dynamics (CRM system) super-user in the office, offering best practice use, dashboard development and reporting
• Undertake research to identify office targets and support business development activity using online tools and liaising with National Information Services (NIS)
• Lead on all internal communication through our internal communication channels including; writing, editing and publishing intranet articles to promote BD and office activity both in the region, and nationally
• Create social posts and marketing emails via our email marketing service provider

• Become a brand ambassador, ensuring all output is visually impactful and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Order and control stock of marketing literature and promotional materials
• Support the development of a credentials bank and bid centre

• Assist with other marketing and business development projects as required

Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• A professional with understanding and awareness of marketing and business development, preferably with some academic or professional experience
• Understand the fundamentals of the business development process, digital marketing and best practice communications
• A professional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm
• Commercial understanding and awareness
• A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of initiatives
• Excellent attention to detail
• Active team player
• Ability to prioritise your own workload and time
• A desire to learn and developed
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience of using a CRM system and/or a marketing tool would be desirable but not essential
• A marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable, but not essential.
