IT Support Analyst
Growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in North Shields with an established client base is seeking to recruit an IT Support Analyst. With a good reputation for providing in depth technical solutions for clients, on the back of increasing referrals, the business is looking to expand and this role is part of that.
Working as part of a small team you will undertake both 1st and 2nd line support to clients, visiting client sites as and when required. Working to Service level agreements (SLAs), your role will be to:
- Liaise direct with customers regarding technical issues
- Diagnose and fix IT issues
- Log work and fixes into a helpdesk system
- Incident management
- Resolve Technical issues
- Support customers and provide a great level of customer service
You will have 2 years' support experience gained from working within a MSP. Possessing excellent customer service experience, have a good level of technical skills in areas such as Networking, Server configuration, Active Directory, Exchange Management, Microsoft products and virtualisation.
You will work well as part of a team and individually and have an awareness and interest in new and emerging technologies. You will also display a willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgement and include appropriate people in the decision making process.
Opportunities to progress into more technical roles or team leadership will exist.
