Junior Marketing / Events Sales Assistant | Birmingham

Superabound is looking to broaden their client portfolio and preparing to expand into other markets this year. Situated in the heart of the Custard Factory, we're looking to fill a few entry-level openings that combine Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Team Leadership and potentially Trainee Management.

Who We Are and What We Do:

We're an Events Marketing Company with a growing reputation that's being built with core values based around the development on our team. We help our clients increase their Market Share and Brand Awareness through Events and In-Store Promotions. We provide representation 6 days a week at events and venues across the West Midland Region and need to provide 2-4 people for each location, so we have multiple openings available!

It's in our best interest to help you succeed from day one because your individual results contribute to the overall results we provide for our clients. The better the results, the more of their budget we receive, and the more locations we can open to provide an opportunity for our people! Therefore, this isn't a cut-throat sales role. We offer in-house and on-site training, guidance and access to mentors and networking contacts from across the globe.

Recommendations and Requirements:

We recommend all applicants have 1+ year of customer-oriented experience such as retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or used to a fast paced environment, had some level of success in a competitive nature e.g. sports, music, business but we will consider most levels of education and experience.
