Our IT Services Solutions client requires a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract engagement, to be based onsite at a client office in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take calls from customers and log their tickets

* Assigning tickets that can’t be resolved to 2nd Line Support

* Remotely connecting to customers for training and support

* Work to agreed SLA’s such as ticket quality and customer satisfaction

Things you need:

* 1st Line Support experience / call logging

* Experience of working with bespoke software and hardware

* Understanding of Windows

* Experience of using remote access tools
