I am looking to speak with Client Managers / Accounts Managers for a key player within the chartered accountancy.

This salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience.

The role so this Client Manager / Account Manager will include:

Answering emails, correspondence and telephone calls

Overseeing workflow for support team, planning in work
Issuing reminder correspondence/calls for personal tax, accounts and p11d’s
Invoicing and direct debit renewals
Meeting with clients and prospects
Attending events to represent the client
Knowledge of MCWM services
Wills and business protection knowledge and referrals
Review of accounts files
Training of support team to ensure file completed in most efficient way
Review of management accounts and kpis
Produce accurate and meaningful FPRs

To be considered for the Client Manager / Account Manager role ideally you will have the following:

Be technically competent
Have good time management skills
Be able to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally
Have good interpersonal skills
