My client is an established and successful IT Managed Services and Support Provider to hundreds of small to medium sized businesses throughout Essex and London. They seek an additional IT Support Engineer to join their team to provide initially 1st Line IT Support to the client base but progress to 2nd and 3rd line issues eventually. They provide ongoing technical training to keep you up to speed with all IT advances and offer tailored support packages to their clients to ensure each receive the level of support required.

You will need IT Support experience, ideally with an MSP, excellent communication skills and a desire to provide the highest level of technical support to all clients rather than achieve call levels. This is not a call centre environment.
