Parts and Service Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Parts and Service Administrator has become available with an international manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire. They are an innovative and a fast-paced manufacturer of services for food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturers all around the world.

Parts and Service Administrator Role:

This well-established organisation are currently seeking a highly capable Parts and Service Administrator to join their team. A successful candidate will be energetic and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating a high degree of commitment, and have great communications skills. You will not only support the service team, but also process orders and spares, schedule service technicians, settle any customer issues and pick and pack parts when needed.

Parts and Service Administrator Responsibilities:

Process orders
Resolve issues with any orders
Develop parts quotes for customers
Process warranty requests created by customers
Assist with any incoming parts from customers
Be responsible for ordering parts

Part and Service Administrator requirements:

Have experience in a spares/service administrator role
Be able to learn computer systsems quickly
Experience scheduling the engineers would be an advantage
Good communicator
Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be the sort to thrive in a hardworking and dynamic work environment.

The role is initially a 3 month temp contract with a possibility of an extension/becoming permanent.

An hourly rate of £14 - £15 (equivalent to £26,000 - £29,000)
