My client is an established law firm that prides itself on offering an excellent quality of service to all of it's clients, large and small.

Duties include:

- Liaising with clients ensuring they're kept up-to-date with their case

- Audio typing and producing general correspondence

- Liaising with external involved parties such as vendors, banks and building societies and local government officials plus completing Land Registry applications and SDLT forms

- Accurate record keeping and filing

- Admin support through the conveyancing process.

- Diary management, making appointments, dealing with queries and general admin including filing faxing and email communication.

In order to be considered for this position, you will have a solid understanding of conveyancing and the process involved and have demonstrable experience of working as a legal secretary within this field. You will adept at communicating with clients and be friendly and approachable in character with the ability to work under pressure.
