Proactive Lead Generation

Job Overview:

  • Inbound or outbound telephone work related to generating new customer leads for a different, direct sales force.
  • Responsible for establishing appointments with the customer and the direct sales person.
  • Short sales cycle
  • Administrative tasks
  • Works under supervision and/or with specific instructions.

Knowledge & experience required:

  • Inside sales related work experience will be desirable but not essential.
  • Self-Motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
  • Experience in Outbound Calling.
  • Excellent Telephone Manner.
  • Proficient in generating interest and handling client objections to convert into Profitable Business Opportunities whilst demonstrating ownership.
  • Good Organisation and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work as an Individual and part of a Team.
