Hyperion Insurance Group is looking to recruit a Account Executive to work within our Howden Division in our Bedford office.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Private Client team. The role will be handling an account of Mid Net Worth clients whose gross written premiums up to £3,500 and will include the handling of household, overseas property, motor, pleasure craft and contract works policies.
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following skills:
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
Excellent product knowledge and experience across all lines of Personal Lines business
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in the Personal Lines insurance sector (preferably with MNW clients)
Good communication skills including, written, verbal and face to face
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications. Including Word and Excel to intermediate level
A confident and positive attitude
Able to work independently and use initiative
Negotiation and influencing skills
Resilient and calm under pressure
Able to work flexibly to achieve tight deadlines/targets
Able to positively react to change
Highly organised with good planning/time management skills
An attention to detail
An ability to learn
Team player and able to build sustainable relationships for clients, colleagues and insurers
