Superabound is of the UK’s newest retail/event marketing companies looking to disrupt the norms of how businesses deliver their services to its customers.
Situated in Central Birmingham, we are on a mission to accelerate our clients growth by building one of the UK’s most effective retail/event marketing platforms through relentless innovation and the development of world-class teams. Previous experience isn’t required but highly advantageous, in saying this we are willing to coach and develop the right candidate.
- 18 or over and eligible to work in the UK
- Can preferably work full time hours due to the demand from our client
- Can commute to Birmingham City Centre daily
- Willing to work hard and driven to achieve some success

The team quite is unique at Superabound. While a few other retail/event marketing teams in businesses nowadays have quite restrictive marketing team and activities,we pride ourselves on the experience we have in a variety of different industries to give members of our team different projects to be engaged in and always someone to learn from.
Even though we expect every candidate to start at a more foundational role, you’ll be in a great position to make a big impact right from the off as there is a lot of face time and mentoring from the management team directly. The growing team we have here means a willingness to contribute across all our activities is essential. A positive problem-solving attitude is crucial, as is attention to detail and an interest in target-focused marketing, business development and growth is key for the next individual we work with.
You will have specific responsibility for brand awareness and event organising which means experience in areas such face to face marketing, sales and presentation skills would all be a big plus. Our work is increasingly nationally, so language skills would also be looked upon favourably.
- Management of brand awareness on our events
- Reporting on campaign performance
- Team Building & Public Speaking
- Daily evaluations of performances using KPIs
- Contributing to the continued expansion of the trade marketing operation

We have adopted a training programme that we believe allows us to get the best out of our team, with virtually everyone starting off at entry levels to understand the foundations and learn the basics before we progress them onto roles of responsibility. Success in this role means making a significant contribution towards enabling us to increase campaign volume and success.

Successful applicants will be invited for an initial face-to-face sit down with a member of our management team. As this is a self-employed opening a handful will then be selected for a follow up observational half day where you’ll get a chance to experience first hand what’s involved in promoting our clients products and services. This is a voluntary day to help us both make an educated decision about your compatibility with our opening, therefore participants will not be entitled to compensation for their time & travel. Earnings and growth are based on commission only and we offer daily product training & ongoing guidance and support because each individual's results contribute to the company's success as a whole.
