Your new role
Your new role will be centred around the accounts receivable department, you will be expected to assist the team with back office operations - this is not a credit control function. Ensuring all daily interfaces of income management are working correctly, amend issues if not, preparing for the daily income reconciliation for the various companies to prove that income received has been correctly allocated and posted. In addition to this, assisting with the backlog of reconciliation and allocations. Calculation and posting of journals, including bad debt provision.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior working experience and a full understanding of the accounts receivable function, in addition to this you must be comfortable with allocating and reconciling various large accounts. Strong systems knowledge, they currently use Civica (full training will be provided on this niche system) and strong Excel skills (V-lookups & Pivot tables). Agresso experience is also beneficial.
