Multi Site Property Manager

Looking for a highly organised candidate who works well under pressure and enjoys co-ordinating and planning. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. The candidate must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Take overall responsibility of leases and dilapidations for each of the branches

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and lawyers

Manage any refurbishments, renovations and office moves (closures and openings)

Handle Insurance and Service Contracts (leases included)

Conduct building assessments

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.

Waste Disposal, Cleaning and Security Contract Maintenance.

Keep accurate financial and non financial records

Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money - Budgeting

Hard & Soft Procurement

Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities


Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position

Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Good analytical/critical thinking

Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage

Driving Licence is a must (clean)
