As the Finance Administrator you will play a key role is providing support in a fast pace finance function, ideally you will want to progress with the finance team when you can study with the business. Key areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain areas of date
  • Approvals and Billing profiles
  • Preparations of existing and development of new monthly reports as required
  • Analysis and reporting actual performance versus targets
  • PO tracking and time reporting analysis
  • Support month end process
  • Answering all relevant enquiries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customer & suppliers
  • Skills, Experience & Characteristics:
  • Pro active approach & flexible
  • Experience in Excel & Outlook (basic formulas and formatting)
  • Good team working skills
  • Adaptable and strong communication skills, Verbally and written
  • Work to multiple tight deadlines
  • Progressive and willing to learn
