Commercial Renewals Handler
Specialist Commercial Insurance Broker is seeking a Commercial Renewals Handler to be responsible for liaising with clients upon renewal to establish any changes that may have occurred within the business, highlight areas to cross sell present renewal terms in an effective and timely manner.
Key tasks will include:
To build and develop existing customer relationships.
To gather sufficient information, resolving any areas, in order to assess changes to the client risk accurately.
To advise the client of any risk improvements that may be required.
To work within FCA rules and guidelines and follow the company’s compliance policies.
To achieve sales and income targets.
Present clients with their renewal terms and conditions.
Prepare client information and present to insurers.
Compile and submit relevant documentation to the client, chasing return of forms as required.

Candidates will need commercial insurance experience, strong customer relationship building skills and the drive to develop business and close sales. Looking for a good understanding of insurance broking, including principles of insurance, a proven sales and customer retention background and excellent communication skills. Candidates will also need excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills and good planning, problem solving, organisational and time management skills.
