I am currently assisting in the recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join my friendly client based in Enfield. This position is on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key duties include:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls
- Diary Management
- Arrange and distribute all incoming post
- Update purchase order spreadsheet
- Raise sales invoices and credit notes using Sage 50
- Update diary with invoice and job sheet details
- Credit control
- General filing as requested
- Keeping the social media accounts up to date
Knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable!
