Orka Financial is currently recruiting a temporary Accounts Receivable Administrator for a client based in Reading. The role will suit someone with good accounts receivable/sales ledger experience and will come with the following duties:

  • Updating the daily cash received spreadsheet
  • Cash allocation
  • Preparing any cheques received for banking
  • Processing manual credit notes
  • Working closely with credit control on any queries

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be available immediately. Ideally you will have previous experience of working on SAP and excel skills to include recent working knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLook Ups

Initially for 1-2 months, this role has every chance of becoming a longer term position. Our client work a 37.5 hour week, have on site parking and are keen for someone to join asap.
