I am currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis for my client based in Royal Leamington Spa. This is a flexible 10 week Temp to Perm position with an immediate start available, working 4-5 hours per day over flexible working days between Monday and Friday.

This role is working for my client in their busy Commercial office environment where the duties daily will consist of:

· Process and prepare financial and business forms for checking account balances

Check and count daily cash for drivers by strict deadlines

· Help oversee and manage individual accounts

· Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets

· Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct

· Handling high volumes of cash daily and working to strict deadlines for this to be achieved

To be considered for this role candidates must have experience of using Microsoft Excel, Sage and Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis.
