Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for our client based in Braintree on permanent basis.
Ideally the successful candidate will have either an administration or purchasing background and will be keen to develop new skills.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager where you will be helping on a variety of duties.
- Answering telephone calls and transferring to the relevant person or taking messages.
- General Administration.
- Speaking to suppliers and negotiating the best price for a variety of products.
- Stock Checks.
- Picking and Packing when needed in the warehouse
- A keen interest in obtaining a forklift license in the future (company will put you through the course)
- Managing accounts and building a relationship with the suppliers and clients
- Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Confident telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Flexible approach i.e. happy to work both in office and warehouse environment
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
