Software Account Manager
We are looking for a Software Account Manager who has experience selling software and solutions, to work for a successful software consultancy, based near Hayes in Middlesex, who sell a range of software products including accounting, payroll, distribution, ERP and CRM. Salary to £45k plus £20k commission.
They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who has previously worked as an Account Manager or in Software Sales, can build great relationships with their clients and can upsell solutions, services, licenses and support contracts. You will be driven and motivated and happy working in a small business with around 15 staff, where you can really make a difference.
They are very good at difficult accounting systems and because they understand complex finance, their clients tend to stick with them. So most of their clients have been with them for a long time. Your job as Account Manager is figure out what other services from the portfolio might benefit the clients, such as:
- HR & Payroll
- Document Management
- CRM solutions
- EPoS Retail

They have a great reputation, and the after sales support is superb. As Account Manager you will have a nice soft landing with these clients. Many of the clients are behind on IT, and the ROI they can get from more updated technology is excellent. So you will be busy and you will pick up some really nice orders.
You will need to have a track record of selling software and solutions to clients, be good at finding out their needs and have a good overall understanding of IT, software and services.
