Large, marketing leading online brand looking for someone hands on, to manage and run their CRO process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will be working on a brand new website area that does not have anyone in yet. They are building out CRO & Web Analytics, this is one of the first hires for this service.
You'll be the dedicated Conversion Manager, liaising with various teams to understand requirements, set goals and then manage full cycle CRO. You will ideally be able to implement, run and analyse A/B tests.
A development background will be really useful, but the key is optimisation & strategy. This is the chance to establish yourself in a well-known business but in a start up environment!
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Google Analytics - you will need proven experience analysing customer journeys and online data
A/B testing experience - ideally full cycle from implementing, to running to analysing test
Communication! As the leader for this site, you'll need great comms
Up to £60,000 basic salary
