An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NHSH Social Work Team Manager to join the Joint Transitions Team. The post holder will be crucial in the development of the new team and in ensuring positive outcomes for young people. This post is suitable for a qualified social worker with experience in management and a commitment to exploring alternative models of service provision. The Team Manager has a key role in facilitating the safe delivery of services for young people under 25 who require a service in adult social care. A working knowledge of key legislation and statutory requirements is essential. Management and development of staff and professional supervision are key components of this role . We will provide ongoing supervision and training opportunities to the successful applicant.
