Print Manager - Our Client has been serving the Norfolk community since 1897, providing a wide variety of quality litho and advanced digital printing and copying.
Currently require a Print Manager to join their team based in Cromer. This Print Manager must have print / design capabilities as well as sound commercial awareness. In return we are offering a salary of £20,000 to £25,000, depending on skillset and experience.
As Print Manager you will contribute to the operational running of the business, including; producing quotes, design work, planning marketing strategies, customer support and managing a small team.
The ideal Print Manager will have the following:
- Comprehensive knowledge of design software such as InDesign / Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Commercial awareness of a small business and in nature to the Company.
- The ability to produce quotes that are competitively priced and profitable for the company.
- Marketing skills to create and follow through strategies to increase sales.
- Excellent customer service skills both verbally including face-to-face, and in writing.
- Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach and participate in a variety of activities.
- Soft management skills to work supportively with a small team.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Offering a competitive salary of £20,000 to £25,000 depending on skillset and experience. Earnings may be enhanced by an annual bonus depending on the company achieving satisfactory levels of profitability.
