Marketing & Events Assistant
A corporate firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant to assist with a high volume of annual events, liaise with the marketing manager and contribute to all marketing logistics. You will be integral in improving engagement, acting as a first point of contact for the firm and thinking creatively on a wide array of projects.
The firm is involved in a wide array of hospitality and sponsorship events; therefore, you will be essential in the preparations, following checklists and systems, setting up invites, engaging with partners and stakeholders and reporting on KPIs and progress. Alongside this you will be communicating with speakers, managing costs and quotes, sourcing venues and supplies and booking travel arrangements.
There will also be some involvement in marketing such as producing materials, writing copy and liaising with design agencies.
