Hours: 9-4:00pm

London Bridge Office Angels have a great position for an experience Finance and Administrator to join a small family business on a part time basis.

The role will be part time, initially for 3 days which can be reduced to 2 days after a period of time if the candidate wishes.

All applicants must be happy to commute to the Deptford/Greenwich area and be confident using Sage.

Duties of the role:

  • Raising invoices and associated paperwork
  • Reconciliation
  • Maintain customer files
  • Booking the dispatch of products


  • Confident using Sage 50 accounts
  • Confident using excel
  • Happy to work part time hours
  • Experience within Finance
  • Be immediately available to start
  • Happy to work within a small team
  • Excellent communication skills
