Due to continued internal growth, the opportunity to lead from the front with the support desk will give you and the team the platform to excel. You’ll play a vital role by offering excellent infrastructure opportunities to existing and new clients.

As Helpdesk Manager, you’ll live and breathe all things technology and already be brimming with experience and energy for the challenge. This role will give you the chance to make your mark and take ownership of the support process as a whole.

As a Helpdesk Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

* Providing proactive and reactive customer support

* Managing and resolve customer issues

* Leading a small team of infrastructure support engineers

* Working alongside users and suppliers
