People & Talent Officer - Fixed Term Grade 4 (£19,655 - £21,665)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the People and Talent Team. You will assist in providing administrative support to the team and be able to communicate across all functions of FCHO. We can guarantee the duties will be varied and wide reaching.

The role does not require any previous HR experience however an interest in HR would be advantageous. This is an exciting and fast paced role in which you will need to be organised, enthusiastic and demonstrate initiative.

Key Work Areas:

* provide day to day support to the Business Partners in all HR areas - recruitment, induction, note taking

* be able to pick up any administrative tasks given, this may include payroll tasks

* take ownership of allocated work areas

* interact with all employees and managers and communicate professionally with all
