Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, our quality driven client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator.

This job would suit an individual who has excellent attention to detail, can effectively multi-task and is dedicated. We need someone who not only has administrative experience in a varied role but has an excellent attitude to work.

The successful candidate will have experience in a varied Administrator role as this is a demanding position where they will not only act as a support function, but will be responsible for processing orders, raising invoices and checking requirements are correct. The right candidate will need to be professional and efficient.

Duties will include:

  • Administration of customer base in accordance with group and entity policies
  • Prepare and complete all sales invoices for service users
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure information is correct
  • Check the daily accuracy of the sales information
  • Ensure contracts and all relevant paperwork are complete & received on a timely basis
  • Creating new contracts for billing
  • Contract amendments in accordance with internal document requests
  • Generation and checking of billing runs in accordance with timetables
  • To produce reports on a timely basis
  • To ensure the month end procedures and deadlines are followed
  • To support the Head Office Accounts Department as required
  • To check information received from Managers is accurate and that rates are correct
  • To provide assistance at the Year End audit
