Accounts Assistant - Halesowen

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic accounts assistant to join their Accounts Payable team in their Halesowen office.
Working hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday plus 1:4 Saturday mornings by rota. Additional working hours may be required during busy periods.
The role will mainly consist of dealing with filing, scanning, managing e-mails and general office support duties.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and be willing to be trained on new systems to enable them to assist with the day to day posting of invoices matching to electronic purchase orders, to help meet the required deadlines.
We require a person with good communication skills who is able to work as part of a large team within a busy environment.
