We are looking for a commercially-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to join a hugely successful European travel brand as they set their sights on overhauling their holiday programme. The Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible for optimising performance of key acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, etc), managing and growing the existing team, supported by external agencies.

Key responsibilites:

  • Build and develop the new Acquisition team
  • Work with Commercial, Analysis, CRO and Marketing teams to identify the best and most efficient channel option to hit KPIs (CPA, ROI, spend, transactions)
  • Understand business objectives and trading conditions, using these to inform decision making - translating these into acquisition focused targets
  • Manage the day to day relationships with key external agency and supplier partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, TripAdvisor etc)
  • Work with the analysis team to provide acquisition reports
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure all acquisition assets meet brand guidelines
  • Work with internal teams to explore cross-sell opportunities

Your skills and experience:

  • Previous experience leading a Digital Acquisition team within in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
  • Very strong, hands-on experience of driving growth using PPC (Google, Bing)
  • Strong working knowledge of automated bid management platforms
  • SEO, Affiliates, Meta & Display, SEO tools (SEMRush, MOZ etc)
  • DMP & DSP experience
  • Confident presenting to key stakeholders
  • Highly commercial, numerate with a high level of analytical skills
