One of Bournemouth's leading Businesses that wishes to strengthen its dynamic and proactive Service Desk team.
Your new role
You will be providing First Line support to a diverse range of internal customers, liaising effectively with the Server Support and Security teams to ensure all high standards are maintained throughout a busy period of transformation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a Service Desk environment, supporting Microsoft Business products with Active Directory in a Windows Server environment.
What you'll get in return
12 month initial contract, 37 hours a week at £14.92 per hour (via an Umbrella company)
