My client are looking to add a new team player to their amazingly creative team in Norwich.

As a key player in the Project Management team, you will be a driven and dynamic individual who will be given the opportunity to work with their amazing portfolio of global clients.

The role requires a conscientious senior professional with a great deal of enthusiasm, a strong knowledge of digital technologies, excellent attention to detail and commercial experience delivering digital design and build projects.

Reporting in to the Client Services Director, your role will cover the following:

Project Management, identifying and optimising best practice on project delivery, as well as aiding in the coaching and training of the Project
team - ensuring they follow and adhere to best practice. The time allocation for this role is split Project Management 70%, Project Delivery 20% and Team development 10%.

As well as leading by example in delivering on the projects, developing strong internal relationships is essential in order to further refine the agency's overall delivery process.

This role is critical in making sure that project delivery is as efficient as possible without compromising the quality that the business has become known for. It demands dedication to excellence in service and delivery to their clients.

With a team of Account and Project Managers in place, you'll be expected to work with them to optimise process and efficiency. Your role will also help identify training needs or knowledge gaps, ensuring they have in place training to improve the skill base on the team. In addition you will be required to help coach and mentor the team on any new processes implemented.

Qualifications
? A great knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and best practice, ideally gained in a digital environment. An agency background is desirable.

? Can do attitude
? Process driven mindset and ability to research, analyse and present solutions to problems
