This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and driven candidate to work in a reputable firm. This role would suit an enthusiastic candidate and will involve requesting searches, dealing with post completion matters and other general admin duties.
As you progress through this opportunity, your responsibilities will develop into checking enquiries, checking mortgage offers and dealing with clients and exchanging contracts to name a few.
What is needed for me to be considered?
- Ideally, you will be a Conveyancing Administrator with significant experience and be keen to progress
- The firm will also consider good administrators who have a strong educational background and are genuinely interested in the conveyancing field
- The successful candidate will be highly competent, organised and be capable of working diligently towards set goals
