This company is a small but growing team. Thanks to their continual growth (they are on the lookout for a BD to join their award-winning team!

They need someone who thinks about the whole picture. The role is to support existing customers, acquire new customers and retain existing customers by creating engaging solutions and ultimately supporting the businesses to achieve their goals.

Feeding off their client's challenges, the successful candidate will be able to navigate complexity, command a room of executives, and spot opportunities to deliver real value.

Be the BD lead within the business:
- Get under the skin of their client's businesses and understand their customers
- Deliver desk-based research and manage primary research with their partners
- Design and facilitate client workshops and deliver insightful reports
- Lead strategic projects that deliver transformational outcomes for their clients
- Extract insights that underpin pitches
- Collaborate with the technical digital, marketing and account management team to deliver outstanding sales campaigns
- Play a key role in new business pitches and proposal creation and delivery
- Explore their client's objectives and spot new business opportunities to deliver value
- Push the business in offering in new and exciting directions

Previous experience ideally within a tech organisation
- Alignment with their core values and honesty and professionalism are really important to you.
- You must love the phone. Friendly, warm and engaging manner.
- A track record of leading new sales and BD campaigns
- Able to confidently lead meetings
- Have knowledge of the products and services we provide - although you don't need to be an expert on everything
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability and excellent problem-solving skills
