1st Line Support Helpdesk - Bournemouth - Full Time - 12 Month Contract - £13.60ph umbrella

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Professional to join an existing team of IT Support professionals in Bournemouth during an exciting time of change.

This role will involve providing mainly telephone and email based IT support to internal clients; supporting a broad range of hardware and software technology, including Active Directory, o365, and Microsoft Exchange.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

- Taking 1st line IT support calls from internal customers

- 1st line fault resolution

- Using the ticketing systems

- Working within an ITIL environment

To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have:

- Relevant, recent service desk experience in a 1st line fix capacity

- Excellent customer service skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies

- Experience of working on a busy IT helpdesk

The rate for this position is £13.60ph umbrella.

This position is available full time Monday - Friday 37 hours a week. Shift rota - 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30.

This is initially a 12 month contract, and there is potential for extension.
